Placement Pros is committed to providing the most qualified candidates. One part of making a good candidate a great candidate is their ability to tackle the challenges of each job assignment with ease and confidence. A candidate gains ease and confidence through ongoing self-evaluation. Placement Pros can provide those tests that will not only measure a candidate’s skill levels but are intended to increase candidate’s abilities.
Placement Pros has developed multiple tests so that candidates can be tested for proficiency on over 50 available software packages. We provide testing in multiple computer environments such as Windows, Macintosh, DOS Applications, Networks and Operating Systems. Each Placement Pros associate is then rated on a scale of one to one hundred on their skills. The ratings are then entered into our extensive database which will help us find almost any combination of skills.
Placement Pros encourages ongoing learning, when fulltime employees need to expand their skills, they can use our training labs for tutorials in typing, 10 Key, Microsoft Office and many software packages.
