Software Skills Assessment
Placement Pros understands the importance of an accurate measure of an individual’s skills. To assist with the measurement process, Placement Pros provides skills testing as a service to our clients. We can test the candidates in proficiency in over 50 software packages by our professional skills testing staff. Each Placement Pros associate is rated on a scale of one to one hundred on all of their skills. Their ratings are then entered into our extensive database which will help us find almost any combination of skills.
We provide the following types of testing services:
- Typing
- Proofreading
- Filling
- Litigation
- Mathematics
- Different platforms: Windows, Macintosh, DOS Applications, Networks and Operating Systems
- Data Entry evaluation measures: key strokes per hour, errors, error rate and 10-key
- Software applications such as Word, WordPerfect, Excel and many others
Additionally, any company conducting a search for a fulltime position is welcome to send applicants to our software testing facility. We will evaluate their skills in the software packages specified and send a confidential report that compares candidates objectively.
